Do You have family or friends living in Finland and You need to send them a gift? We are here to help!

You can make an order in our webshop and we will send it to Your loved ones. We will giftwrap all international orders for free and include a handwritten card with Your personalised message.

At the checkout put Your (payer) information on the ”Laskutustiedot” boxes. Then tap the little square next to ”Toimitusosoite” (Delivery address) and put the recipiets information. Please remember to put a mobile phone number (the recipient will get a text message with a code needed to get their package).

On the message box write Your special message to the recipient as well as any other request You have for us (example if You want names written on top of gifts).

You can pay with Visa or Mastercard credit cards. We use VismaPay as our payment facilitator of the online shop. Their full terms and conditions can be found HERE.

We deliver by Posti (The national post office) or Matkahuolto (The national bus service). Both of them are really realiable here in Finland and will deliver in about 2-5 days on a regular fare, depending on how far the delivery place is from Helsinki. You can choose the regular fare by clicking ”Postitus” option at checkout. You can also choose home delivery by checking ”Kotiinkuljetus” also at checkout.

As for us, we will collect, pack and ship Your order usually the same day or the next – if Your order arrived during our shops opening hours. Please forgive us for taking an extra day or two during Christmas season. You will get an email as soon as we have done packing and shipping along with a link to the shipping company website where You can track Your package in real time.

• what items You want to buy
• what country You want to ship it to
• what shipment type You prefer: regular post service or delivery to door

We will calculate the different shipping costs and send You an email. You can choose Your shipping preference and confirm the one You want. After that, we will send You a payment link (via VismaPay) or You can pay by direct bank transfer if You prefer.

We are really, really sorry. We don´t ship outside of the EU.
